This little Ichneumon is actually around an inch long, but it moved non-stop and trying to focus manually on the Venus lens was almost impossible! These were taken at three different parts of a six foot wide fence panel and I had to constantly chase it - hence the light changed as the angles did.

1/250sec, f/11, ISO 160, Venus 60mm on the 70D.

Took a few, this was about the best of the seven or eight clicks done to try and get close enough to avoid too large a crop due to the angle of the side of the bird table in... Took a few, this was about the best of the seven or eight clicks done to try and get close enough to avoid too large a crop due to the angle of the side of the bird table in relation to where then lens and ringflash were able to be positioned.

Came out pretty well in the end. Venus lens on the 70D @ ISO 125, f/11, 1/250sec, with a Kenko 1.4x teleconverter.
