Ive had a look through but cant seem to find much other then people commenting about the videos they have seen.

I was hoping people would have played it a good few week now.

    Yep can vouch for it....

Some of the games like Game Party have annoying menus that dont recognise properly, but the games are fun.... You will deffo lose weight playing it. (Thats if you need to do some keep fit )

I think the best way to think of it, is like this.

Do you like "party" type games, such as lips, singstar, buzz etc - if so then IMO you will love Kinect, also its great to get females/parents/kids into gaming as well.

If however you are a "hardcore" gamer and turn your nose up at those sorts of entertainment then I dont think it will be for you.

If you do go for it, make sure of 2 pre-requisits :-

    1) You have enough room (seriously).
    2) You are prepared to realise how unfit you are

If you dont have a slim 360 yes - although it comes with it.

Edit (after matthewey2 posted) - With an "s" 360 it just plugs in the back and is powered.

With any older non "s" 360 there is an extra lead that connects to it and a power socket.

    Good site for info -

    I don't love it.
Need a massive space to play, lots of light and the games a for kids.

Maybe at some point something decent will come out on it but didn't like what I played so far and for the money doesn't seem worth it.

You don't need loads of light at all. Are you thinking of Move by any chance ? The sensor works off infra red and I and all my mates who have one play in very low lit conditions ! You do need loads of room though especially if you want to play 2 player side by side games

Played it at my friends house and it spend the whole time signing out of profiles and then signing back in with the wrong user, was all quite frustrating. To play a game it always too ages working out who was signed in or getting recognised properly.

We were trying to do 2 player and it was a struggle, and surely multiplayer is the whole point of these types of games?

No problems like that here mate. I'm not just talking about my setup either. I have at least 6 or so freinds who all have no probs and we are talking multiplayer with up to 10 peeps joining in on a Friday night sesh !
