Why does "fat chance" and "slim chance" mean
the same thing?

but no dedicated servers
really ?
source please....
(here is sources countering that...
Game crashes on mission 2 on single player. Works fine on multi and zombie. Loads of issues out there. Thought they would have learned after all the pc issues with the 1st one. Pants
I read a number of them have been incorrectly packaged mass effect 2 installs!
On PS3 I was having problems getting into multiplayer, kept saying server not ready. Eventually I got in though. Game looks ok but so far nothing special. I'm not a gamer though so may be taking some features for granted.
Asus P8Z68-V Pro/GEN3

Well despite my reservations (based on BO 1), I have to say I have been pleasantly surprised.
Firstly, I was able to opt to not install single player campaign, which is the first time I have seen that, and its saved me 20gb of install that would never be touched...so I was able to install multiplayer and zombies only.
Secondly, I had my reservations about the whole "set in the future" thing, but after a night of playing, its the future by name only....all the weapons etc are really just renamed versions of things in BO1 to make them sound futuristic...ie air strike is now lightening strike etc. and a little helicoper you flew around is now a little thing made up of four circles...really pretty much the same.
The maps I thought were excellent...well thought out and bigger than BO1.
On the whole, although as I said, Ive only had a night on it, I have to say I am very pleased. £29 delivered from Tesco well spent.
I do wonder if they will be worth something to collectors.

Well at the moment it is worth 66% as I can only play 2 of the 3 game modes!! I wouldnt mind but I have a specifc rig for games and it is pretty much vanilla and all s/w is kosha....
loving this on pc. nuketown 2025 is great, some great changes like new care packs, kill streaks and weapons.graphics are sharper than 1st one.
Dragged the pc to the telly today to see what it looked like at 1980x1080. Looks awesome - my monitor only goes to 1280x1024 .
Not played the 1st game on pc - only Xbox.
Done campaign mode and a bit of zombies, will try multiplayer tonight if I can.

Turns out that most people who have a 5 series Nvidia card are having major problems with the game... this is EXACTLY like BO 1. Had to wait 3 weeks before I could play when the patch was released...
Mine's a 5 series card and can't say I've had a single problem with bops2. I'm using the beta drivers nvidia released on launch for black ops 2.
im using gtx 460 & a Mate has a Gt550ti with no problems..
Updated came down through steam tonight and now working fine. Completed mission 2. Just to clarify that I only had probs on the single player, not on multi or zombies...
I expected more tbh.
Only 4 hardcore modes. WTF? Why can't we have KC & Domination as hardcore?
Bilbo.
